It's morning, you're drinking your coffee, hoping for a miracle. To make it to the end of yet another day. You know it's not going to be easy. It's making you anxious. You glance outside and see a multitude of people bustling about. That's not you. You feel this mix of frustration and anger. This isn't what you want, this isn't you, and yet! This isn't the life you desire.
The lack of energy and fatigue are there, very much present .
It's barely 7 o'clock and your day isn't over yet.
That's what it is.
To lack energy,
To be tired,
To be emptied,
See sold out.
Faced with this situation, you reacted. You analyzed your energy balance .

You have decided to provide a solution to both sides of the balance.
That makes sense.
#Increase intake.
Version A)
The most direct, classic approach: regain energy as quickly as possible, and any means are justified. Coffee, sugar, energy drinks, various stimulants, and other such things have become your new best friends.
Version B)
Gentler, more natural, more respectful. You combine natural vitamins, trace elements, magnesium, fresh fruit juices, vitamin C, and many other good things. You pay attention to your diet, sleep, and breathing.
#Reduce expenses.
You reduce your activities to the absolute minimum possible.
You allow yourself moments of rest.
If possible, you are thinking about holidays or a micro-break.
You are adopting the Slow attitude.
You've put everything in place, and yet the results aren't what you hoped for . At the very least, not commensurate with the effort. At best, there's a short-term improvement. Version A gives you a real boost, then it's back to square one. You're then forced to increase the dosage, ultimately adding to your already existing fatigue with side effects. You know the drill.
Version B feels good. But deep down, you feel this state of energy fragility. You conscientiously take everything in, but you feel like a bottomless pit. Nothing stays. Except for the feeling of underlying fatigue. It wouldn't take much for you to relapse badly. You know you can't cut back on spending forever. When your normal life resumes, what will happen? It's stressful and anxiety-inducing.
You are having difficulty grasping and understanding the situation .
To the existing frustration and anger are added low morale and resignation. Faced with a lack of energy that so profoundly impacts your personal and professional life, you feel helpless.
You know, you're not alone.
What you feel, experience, and live through is the story of 99.9% of the people I coach.
60% of French people say they are tired. Some are even experiencing serious fatigue, with 150,000 feeling the effects of “chronic fatigue”.
Lack of energy is the new “disease of the century”
So what to do? Resign ourselves? Adapt and continue to suffer?
Fortunately, no. In the following paragraph, we will see together that there is another, much more positive path.
But first, I'll ask you two simple questions.
Have you ever managed to fill a colander with water?
Why look outside yourself for what you already have within yourself?
????????
Curious ?
To better understand, let's revisit your famous energy balance . You see it like this:

If we want to be honest and fair, it's more like this:

Personally, I see it differently . I add a vital aspect ignored by 99.9% of people: energy loss or leakage. That's what makes all the difference.

Between you and me, that's the only difference. But it leads you to focus on one thing: restoring energy as quickly as possible through actions on energy intake and expenditure.
Personally, I focus on something else in the immediate aftermath: energy losses or leaks.
For this, I draw inspiration from the sages of the East (India, Ayurveda), who presented all of this to us on a silver platter 4,000 years ago. They locate the most powerful and important energy center in the human body at the base of our spine, at the level of the sacrum: the root chakra. This is where we find Kundalini, Chi, and the connection to the raw energy of the earth. It is largely here that we store our energy and draw upon it according to our needs.
This energy center is within you .
He is eager to serve you and provide you with all the energy you need.
However, if it's not open and balanced, it's impossible to have energy. In fact, the opposite happens: a real energy leak. Your lower back becomes a sieve through which all your energy escapes. You can try to replenish it with the best products, but nothing will stay. What you gain in one area, you lose in another. Your energy balance is negative.
This explains the lack of results, even though you think you're doing things right.

You have just discovered the full importance of the root chakra in cases of fatigue and lack of energy .
Now let's see what to do.
You just have to be logical and not put the cart before the horse.
The priority is: An open and balanced root chakra .
You can also combine this with reducing your energy bills. Once the leak is fixed, you can work on your energy intake. You'll then see your energy levels rise very quickly. Your life will never be the same again.
How ?
We will use the subtle power of essential oils, their vibrational energy frequency - energetic aromatherapy .
With over 25 years of practice and experience, this is the method I use daily and recommend. It combines power, ease, simplicity, and results.
Your root chakra has its own unique frequency. Any disharmony at this chakra level disrupts this frequency. To correct this, we apply a synergy of rare and specific essential oils, chosen for their energetic and vibrational qualities. These oils will resonate with the chakra, opening and harmonizing it: our Root Chakra Oil .
But that's not all.
We will use two other vectors. Two of your most powerful senses.
Touch: through massage at the root chakra.
This massage allows you to physically reconnect with yourself. It's concrete and direct. You feel your fingers and hands massaging the root chakra area. You consciously or unconsciously take ownership of this space. You connect with it and, of course, with your root chakra. Warmth, texture, shape, consistency—a multitude of sensations and information are received. These travel to your brain and allow you to create a virtual image of your lower back and, above all, your root chakra. You're not simply applying massage oil made with essential oils. You're putting your attention and intention into it. You become one with your root chakra, with the raw energy of the Earth, and with Kundalini.
Olfaction: You will breathe in the essential oils deeply 3 times.
This is a huge plus. It connects you to all your olfactory memories and directly to your emotional brain.
Lack of energy has become “the scourge of the century”.
It is vital never to let it take hold. You must therefore take action. You have a root chakra within you, ready to provide all the quality energy you need. You must take care of it.
Here you have a simple and effective roadmap to implement. You should have only one priority : to open and harmonize your root chakra.
Once past this state of lack of energy and fatigue, you and I know that we need to go further.
It's important to consider the overall energy leaks you may be experiencing. We'll discuss this in another article.
Have a wonderful day!
